Children’s Day: Little Sprouts, Big Ideas
For A Book a Day’s first annual Children’s Day I’ve created a variety of different visuals for advertisement and merchandise, including Children’s day logo and title, website and Eventbrite banners, coloring page, stickers, tattoos and social media posts.

During my last year at the UPenn I worked in the Russian and Eastern European Department and created multiple posters for professors to advertise their classes and other initiatives held in the department.

Ivan The Terrible
Physically my largest screen print project so far, it was done as a final creative project for the Conceptual Cinema of Sergei Eisenstein class lead by professor Siarhei Biareishyk during my time in University of Pennsylvania. When I saw Part II of the Ivan the Terrible movie by Eisenstein, I was astonished by it. Most captivating for me was the only colored scene of the dance. I decided that I wanted to do the poster for this film, but this time an actual printed by hand one, with the size of 22 by 30 in. Here I’ll show how this poster came alive through screen print.

The Cranes are Flying
SOVIET PROPAGANDA ART THROUGH THE YEARS
During Fall semester of 2023 in University of Pennsylvania I’ve worked as an artist on the group project with my peers. The class was called Cinema and Socialism and was lead by professor Julia Alekseyeva. Me, Jacqueline Cohen and Zach Siswick decided to experiment with how “The Cranes Are Flying” film would look like in the Soviet Past, how different it would be in our Present and even how they might look in the Future. I designed three movie posters in total: Past, Present and Future, each of them with their own unique approach. In this post I will walk through them, and the inspiration behind.

PAFA Mascot 2023-2024
I would like to introduce you to Chonk – the PAFA mascot! Chonk won elections for the mascot position during the 2023-2024 academic year. Chonk welcomed new students in the fall 2023 semester and accompanied them on exclusive merch during their studies!
